Communication is elementary: Communication is not a supportive measure, but a necessity for human relationships. The importance of communication is thus elementary; a firm grasp of communication is thus strategically and oper- atively necessary. 2. Networked communication is effective: As an elementary axiom, communication can only be considered comprehensively. Thus our three business units work in specific areas of commu- nication: from corporate communication via cor- porate branding to corporate multi-media. 3. Customers always have priority: The success of our customers is also our success. Absolute service willingness characterizes our work. As we see ourselves this conception also means that our customers can always expect more from us than from our competitors. 4. We keep our word: Honesty, openness, transparency and the ability to accept criticism along with constructive so- lutions characterizes our work. We are committed to the statements we make and the actions that we take. This includes the ability to acknowledge our own mistakes, finding a constructive solution. Because: the best basis for a long-term and successful business relationship is trust. 5. We think laterally: We creatively approach complex challenges. Our experience shows that certain situations require exceptional ways to find solutions. Strategic and goal-oriented thinking in addition to creative and practically oriented solutions characterize our work. 6. Economy and society: We are a free-enterprise oriented business and strive to achieve healthy growth. Our thinking is long-term and based on internal and external con- tinuity. Next to our business management ori- entation we also make efforts to support social projects with instruments that are available to us. 7. Ethics as a principle: Our thinking and our actions are subject to ethic principles. We thus reserve the right to reject working for certain areas and persons who violate those rules of ethics. |
