The ISTAF (International Stadium Festival) is an internationally renowned track and field com- petition that has taken place in Berlin the past 60 years. Since 1998 the ISTAF has been affiliated with the IAAF Golden League. Adjouri & Stastny has been responsible for handling VIPs for the ISTAF since 1999. Preparing and updating the plans for VIP treatment includes databank creation, invitation coordination and the seating according to protocol and care of guests at the event. 2002 the Federal President, the president of IAAF, IOC members, represen- tatives of leading businesses, the Federal Min- ister, representatives of the diplomatic corps and the Governing Mayor of Berlin attended the e- vent.
