November 2003 Adjouri & Stastny organised the conference of the highest IAAF-Committee on behalf of the German Athletics Federation (DLV) and in close co-operation with Berlin's Senate, the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the IAAF itself, whose President Mr Lamine Diack (Senegal) chaired the conference.

For the IAAF Council Meeting Adjouri & Stastny took care of the entire conception as well as the implementation. Alongside the official meetings of the IAAF Council, which took place at the Hotel InterContinental Berlin, the agency created and implemented an extensive pro- gramme with social events and sight-seeing for the international members of the Council and their accompanying persons. This included a variety of events such as a "journey" into Berlin´s famous metropolitan entertainment & culture plus several dinners at locations such as the "Große Oran- gerie" at Charlottenburg Palace, the Aquarium at Berlin Zoo or the Mercedes Lounge at the Berlin Olympic Stadium. Berlin's Governing Mayor, Klaus Wowereit, the President of the German Athletics Federation, Dr. Clemens Prokop, and the Federal Minister of the Interior, Otto Schily were only some of the distinguished personalities among the hosts.
